MN Residence
Residential, Bangkok
2023-2024
This renovated section of an old house has been thoughtfully transformed into a temporary residence for a newly married couple while their new home is being constructed. Spanning approximately 110 square meters, the space includes a living area that opens up to a charming balcony with a tree-top view, a bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom.
Originally a workspace and storage area, the living room underwent a major change, with walls removed to redefine the layout and enhance the flow. The interiors feature a soft and muted palette—natural paint, brushed teak flooring, and soft linen textiles, accented by antique brass hardware. The concept focuses on creating a subtle backdrop that allows the couple’s furniture and personal objects to stand out, making this home feel both intimate and welcoming during their transitional stay.
