This 35 sq m. residence is an exceptional project that deviates from our typical scale but was taken on due to the client’s compelling vision and impeccable taste. Previously divided into three separate areas, the layout has been reimagined to connect the living, dining, and pantry spaces into one cohesive flow, creating a more open and relaxed atmosphere that feels larger than its size.

The design emphasizes a Scandinavian vibe, using a soft palette of materials such as travertine, bleached teak, and oak flooring paired with off-white walls. Built-in storage solutions are seamlessly integrated and flush with the walls to maintain visual clarity and prevent the space from feeling cramped.
